Welcome to Horus General Contractor.LLC! My name is Edwardo Lacayo, and I'm the founder of Horus General, a home improvement and general contractor company. I have been a genral contractor for over 13 years now; on my own and providing maintenance services in conjunction with Evolution Investment group. 

 

Horus General Contractor is a company based in the DC, MD and VA area, serving it for over 2 years.
